The “Petals of” Rituals

Petals of… is a collection of emotional support blends designed to help you understand what you’re feeling and gently guide you back to balance.

Each blend in the Petals of… collection supports a different emotional state.

You don’t need to guess what you need,
you just need to notice how you feel.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, unsettled, or disconnected,
the Petals of… collection was created to support you through those moments.

Simple, grounding rituals to help bring you back to yourself.


🌿Petals of Balance

When to use - if you are feeling emotionally unsettled, overwhelmed or out of sync with yourself. However, this is a great daily ritual for grounding and even better if you can do this barefoot on grass.

Ritual

Roll the oil on to the palm of your hands and rub together to activate the oils. Inhale deeply sending your breath to the root chakra, at the base of your spine. Imagine a bright red light emanating from that area. Then send a beam of that red light straight down into the earth directly underneath your feet forming energetic roots into the centre of mother earth. Now draw the earths energy back up through those roots and into your root chakra. Take another deep inhale and draw that energy from the root chakra all the way up to your crown chakra located at the top of your head.

Repeat - I am calm, steady and grounded to mother earth. My emotions are stable, my heart is open and my mind is clear.

🌿Petals of Clarity

When to use - If you feel like you need to “clear the noise”. If you are overthinking, distracted, suffering with mental fog or being indecisive.

Ritual

Apply the oil to temples and/or wrists. Close your eyes and take 3 slow breaths. Ask yourself - “what matters right now?” Clarity often comes to you in moments of stillness. Or you may want to ask a question that you are seeking guidance about. Let the answer come to you without forcing it. It may not come to you straight away and that’s ok. Pay attention to your thoughts as you move through the day. Remember, guidance often comes as the “next step” not the entire roadmap.

Repeat - I am clear and fully present. My energy is strong and vibrant. I embrace a higher awareness.

🌿Petals of Love

When to use - if you feel emotionally heavy and/or disconnected.

Ritual

Roll the oil onto the palm of your hands and rub together to activate the oils. Inhale deeply and send the breath to your heart chakra which is located at the centre of your chest. Imagine your heart chakra opening like a flower, emanating a green and golden light. Repeat 2-3 times, envisioning the light expanding each time. In addition, you may like to apply some oil directly onto the heart/chest area.

Repeat -I open my heart to compassion and kindness for myself and to others.

🌿Petals of Peace

When to use - When you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or unable to switch off.

Ritual

Begin by applying your blend to your wrists or the back of your neck. Gently take a deep breath in and then slowly exhale. Bring your awareness into your body. Allow your body to soften. Let your shoulders soften. Unclench your jaw. Notice where else you are holding tension. Breath into that area and then allow it to release. Take a few more deep, steady breaths. Allow yourself to settle and stay here for a few quiet moments.

Repeat - I let go of all that no longer serves my highest good. I release tension and invite peace into my body and mind.

🌿Petals of Strength

When to use - for energy protection, or when you are feeling uncertainty, self-doubt, low energy or needing a boost of confidence.

Ritual

Roll the oil onto the palm of your hands and rub together to activate the oils. Sweep your entire aura - from above your crown all the way down to your feet with the intention of covering your aura and chakras with the frequency of the oil. The frankincense in this blend holds a protective frequency.

Repeat - I am protected by divine healing light. I stand strong and courageous in my body and spirit.
